The Noise App is a quick and easy way to record noise that is causing an annoyance or a nuisance.

You can download The Noise App to your phone to start recording the noise that is causing a problem right away.

How it works

Start recording the noise on your phone to create a accurate recording of the problem and how this affects you. Once you have finished recording the noise you can send it directly to Muirhouse Housing Association for us to look into.

You can also keep a personal ‘Noise Diary’ in the app, which will store your recordings and help you look at them.

The recordings are uploaded to a secure sight that MHA staff can access and they can investigate and decide what action is necessary. You can make as many recordings as you like and they each lasts up to 30 seconds.

Download the App

To download the app go to the ‘Apple Store’ for iPhone users and the ‘Play Store’ for Android users. Search for The Noise App and tap ‘Get’ or ‘Install’ to download the app for FREE. For Android users search ‘The Noise App’ and choose install for downloading the app.

Once you have downloaded the app, follow the steps to create an account and search for ‘Muirhouse Housing Association’ when asked for the investigator/house provider.
