As a housing association tenant, you pay rent in return for living in your home (if you live in a flat in a stair then your rent includes a service charge for weekly stair cleaning and communal garden maintenance).

We use the money from rents to manage and maintain your home and to pay for all the related services we provide in the community.  We need to make sure we have enough money put aside to pay for future improvements to your homes such as new kitchens, boilers, doors and windows. We also have to repay any money we have borrowed to build or improve your home.

We work hard to keep our rents as low as possible while making sure we can provide a top-quality service to you.  It is vital that rent is paid in full and on time so we can continue to provide our services and maintain your home.
