Housing Officers

Susanne Connell and Stephanie Sedstrem are our Assistant Housing Officers, and Christine Purnell is our Housing Officer.

These three staff are responsible for all matters relating to the management of our property. This covers a varied workload including: the allocation of our properties; rent arrears advice; tenant participation; estate management; major repairs and improvements; anti-social behaviour; enforcing tenancy conditions and legal action. 

If you wish to discuss a matter please make an appointment to meet with one of our Assistant Housing Officers.  We can arrange to meet in your home or at our office.
