Housing Officers

MHA has a small team of 4 staff who work together to provide a responsive housing management service.

Assistant Housing Officers are able to assist with queries about your rent account, housing benefit claims and moving home.

Housing Officers are responsible for providing advice on tenancy matters, liasing with people regarding problems with neighbours, legal action and neighbour disputes. Our Housing Officers also monitor estate management.

If you wish to discuss a matter with your Housing Officer it is recommended that you make an appointment. You can meet at our office or your own home.
