Maintenance Officer

MHA considered various options available to provide our Maintenance Service and decided that the best service for our Tenants was to buy in the Maintenance Service from a larger Housing Association. This gives us access to professional advice and we can rely on the vast experience of their Maintenance Team.

The maintenance officer is responsible for ensuring all day to day repairs are carried out to MHA's and our Tenant's satisfaction. He also assists with cyclical and planned maintenance works such as external painting etc

We have two Maintenance Officers, Alan Naismith and Jim Phin. They work for MHA on Tuesday and Thursday mornings.Carrying out inspections of new repairs and to check completed repairs.
