Our Tenancy Services Assistants will be your first point of contact within MHA, whether you call into the office or contact us by phone.

Our Tenancy Services Assistants are Susanne Connell and Stephanie Harvey.

Susanne and Stephanie are able to deal with all enquiries. In particular they will be able to assist you with general rent and housing benefit enquiries, reporting repairs and can provide information regarding applying for one of our properties.

There may be times when you will be advised that your query will be forwarded to a Housing Officer, for example if a matter requires further investigation, or if there is legal action ongoing. Our Tenancy Services Assistants will be able to make an appointment for you.
