MHA consults with its Tenants on a range of issues including what they think of the service we provide, what they think of the design of our homes, issues within the community

Our Tenants views and comments are gathered through surveys, meetings in their own home, public meetings and sessions with groups of tenants.

MHA respects the views of all its tenants and residents. Feedback from our Tenants assists us when reviewing our policies and procedures
