Your Rent

All rents are charged fortnightly in advance, with payments due every second Monday. However we will acept payments to suit the frequency of your income, so if you get paid monthly let us know and we will confirm when your payments are due. When using allpay.net to make your payments this can be done at a time that is convenient for you.

If you find that you are having difficulty making your rent payments please do not ignore the situation. Make an appointment to meet with our Assistant Housing Officer to discuss the situation. You may find that we are able to provide some advice to help you manage your financial situation.
