Your Tenancy

 

As a Tenant of Muirhouse Housing Association you will sign a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement. This gives you security to live in your home.

The only way your Tenancy can be ended is by:

  • the tenant giving MHA one months notice in writing
  • by written agreement between the Tenant and MHA
  • the Tenant dies and there is no-one with the right to succession
  • the house is repossessed as a result of a serious breach of tenancy conditions
