Complaints
We are aware that at times our Tenants, and others, may wish to appeal against a decision taken by MHA. They may also wish to complain about a particular issue.If you wish to make a complaint or lodge an appeal you should contact our office in person, in writing or by phone. Matters will be dealt with initially by the relevant members of staff.
If you are not satisfied an appeal can be made to the Director
If still not resolved the matter can be referred to our Management Committee for consideration
Finally if you remain disatisfied you can approach the Ombudsman. Details of this service can be obtained from our staff
