MHA employs a Finance Assistant who works two days a week. In addition to this we buy accountant services from another housing associationThe Finance Assistant, Netta Maciver, has worked with MHA since September 2003. Netta is responsible for day to day finance matters.
The Finance Agent is responsible for ensuring that all financial matters are dealt with. This includes issuing regular financial reports to the Management Committee and preparation of the annual management accounts for inspection by our Auditor.
