Maintenance Officer
MHA considered various options available to provide our Maintenance Service and decided that the best service for our Tenants was to buy in the Maintenance Service from a larger Housing Association. This gives us access to professional advice and we can rely on the vast experience of their Maintenance Team.
The maintenance officer is responsible for ensuring all day to day repairs are carried out to MHA's and our Tenant's satisfaction. He also assists with cyclical and planned maintenance works such as external painting etc
Our Maintenance Officer is Pat Connolly. Pat works for MHA on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. He regularly visits Tenant's to inspect faults that have been reported, to provide advice on unusual repairs and to checks completed repairs prior to us paying invoices.
