Our Housing Admin Officer, Gordon Sutherland, will be your first point of contact within MHA, whether you call into the office or contact us by phone.
The Housing Admin Officer is able to deal with all enquiries. In particular he will be able to assist you with general rent and housing benefit enquiries, reporting repairs and can provide information regarding applying for one of our properties.
There may be times when you will be advertised that your query will be forwarded to an Assistant Housing Officer, or Housing Officer. For example if the matter requires further investigation, has been an ongoing issue or if there is a legal action ongoing. Gordon will be able to make an appointment with you
