MHA Board of Management employs a professional staff team, led by our Chief Executive, Susan Bell to undertake the day-to-day running of the Housing Association. We have 8 full-time staff delivering services to our customers. We buy in the services of a Financial Inclusion Officer and Heat Energy Advice Officer from Castle Rock Edinvar Housing Association.

We are members of Employers in Voluntary Housing (EVH) and our staff work on contracts with the Terms and Conditions provided by EVH, as well as the pay grades agreed with EVH. Through our membership with EVH we recognise Unite the Union for negotiation purposes.

Susan joined MHA in April 2021 originally as Governance and Compliance Manager before becoming the Chief Executive in April 2022.
