How we run our business
You can read about our various policies that we have in place relating to all aspects of running MHA below.
As per our organisation’s requirements we have individual policies listed. Simply click on them to read each policy. Some pertain directly to housing, such as our policies on Estate Management and Asset Management. Other policies concentrate on our tenants and how we aim to take care of our tenants’ safety in their homes. We do this through gas and electricity checks, checks for legionella and asbestos in the home, fire safety, and much more. These are legal requirements. Others relate to our staff and our policies regarding them at work. These include, but are not limited to, Lone Working, Statuary Sick-Pay or our Code of Conduct. All of our policies are viewable. You can also read our policies on all matters relating to our Board and its Members and our Tenant Participation Group.
This is your community and your knowledge, co-operation, and assistance are invaluable to us. Nobody knows a community better than the people who live here; some for generations. We urge you to get involved in our Tenant Participation Group because your views matter to us.
