The Tenant Improvement Group’s role is to inspect our services to make sure they are working well and give value for money. They do this independently with plenty of support from the Tenants Information Service. It is a dedicated group of volunteers with lots of experience, enthusiasm and ideas on how we can improve! Last time, they looked in detail at our Customer Service Standards and took a report with recommendations to the MHA Board which were all accepted.
