Whether you’ve just moved in or are in with the bricks, you’ve agreed to live in your house or flat, furnish it, keep up the decoration, look after it, report repairs when needed and to use it as your only home. As your landlord, we’ve agreed to repair the fixtures and fittings (meaning sinks, baths, toilets, electric wiring, central heating etc) and to maintain the outside of the building, roof, windows and doors. Your tenancy agreement explains all your rights and responsibilities and what we are responsible for as well, and your Housing Officer is here for help and advice.
