My Tenancy: Check your Tenancy Information 24 Hours a Day

Login at to check your tenancy information, your rent account, repairs, and the household information you have provided us with at anytime.

You will need to create a “My Tenancy” account.  This is quick and easy to do.  Enter your email address and set the password for your account.


An activation email will then automatically be sent to your email address.


Click on the activation link in the email to continue.  Finally, enter your tenant key and date of birth.


If you are unsure of your tenant key please give our office a call on 0131 336 5282. We will be happy to help you with this.  When these three short steps are completed your account will be active.  You can then login anytime of day or night to review your tenancy details and needs.

We encourage all tenants to register, login and have a look at the information that is available. You will come across the Home Page, and then you can move between “Personal Information”, “Statement of Account” and “Repair History”.  You can also request a repair and make payments toward your rent through your account.  This system is here to make managing your tenancy and reporting repairs more convenient for you, the tenant.
